Spinning and smoking! I grabbed up a 10 pound brisket, brined it 18 hours, let it sit in the fridge with the rub on it for 12 hours then smoked it for 12 hours all the while spinning up a batch of pens.


Thanks JR and schmalts for the inspiration . I have a few tweeks to the brisket and try again.

I have a couple of those :D and they are just as nice if not nicer in person. I will let Tony tell you the price because I am sure I got the "good" bro in law price. :D:p
