I drew a lanai mouflon rifle tag for this August and am really excited for a different experience than I am used to. Anyone ever done this hunt? I'm currently trying up the logistics and any first hand info would help tremendously. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot out there on this hunt. Thanks in advance Ty

Thanks glass eye I think I have exhausted the search function. I was just hoping to get some info mainly on the logistics of staying on Lanai. My hunting game plan is to pretty much get off the road and look over some of the rougher country I can find. My very limited sheep hunting says that is where I will find them. Thanks again

You will have zero problems getting into animals check the steep draws and don't shoot the first one you see unless it's full curl. LOL
Only one hotel on the island it is a fun place to explore. I would definitely line up some axis hunting on the private side well worth the money and time place is loaded with deer.

+1 for the Axis hunt on the Dole property ! Just get at the top early and hunt down....
