OK lets say the man above said you are the most awesome hunter ever:eek: I'm going to let you hunt any animal that's ever walked the earth. What animal would you hunt? I'm thinking that big flying bird, because I want to see the look on my dogs face when I drop it:D .

I assume you mean pterodactyl (winged dinosaur) and not archaeopteryx (feathered dinosaur).
For me, I think The Greater Kudu or the Saber-tooth.

Go back in time to hunt Cape buffalo in Kenya with my dad. I went with him when I was young, and when it came time for business as the dogs had brought the bull to bay, I would be stashed away safely far from the action.

Since far-fetched and imaginary, the species wouldn't really matter, but I'd do just about anything for one more day afield with my dad. The dream would be for use to sit in the morning for deer; him in the Cedartree Stand and me in the Hartke Blind during the 2nd week of November. If nothing gets shot that morning, we'd grab a quick bite for lunch (bologna sandwiches and pretzel rods), then take some beagles (Cookie and Suzie preferably) thorugh the Henning Thicket for cottontails. Then we'd sit in the same blinds for the evening hunt.

We'd always walk a good portion of the way to our stands, usually in silence. When we parted to go to the seperate stands we would always say "Good Luck!" to each other. Hearing that one more time would be a dream.

+1. Some peoples dream hunt would have more to do with who was on the hunt than what they were hunting. Myself included.

That's a really, really good answer.
