Idaho unit 33 whitetails

I’m trying to decide if a whitetail only tag is worth it in unit 33.
My daughter will have a general deer tag that runs until Oct. 31. My plan was to make a trip in October for her to hunt mulies and I would hunt the first week of November for whitetails. The whitetails I’ve seen are hanging on private land along the middle and south forks of the Payette River. I’m wondering if there’s any chance of them being on the forest service ground. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks

I've only seen them on private where you've been seeing them. GV, Crouch, Lowman. IMO it's not worth it. And anywhere they are likely on public ground, it would be in thick timber not far from those private fields.
