IIRC @Big Fin has shared Casey (from Hushin) urged him into the podcast world. And he (they??) were one of the first guests on the FreshTracks podcast. And those very early podcasts were done with some MeatEater production/engineering involvement as well.

All in all, I'd have to say that the FreshTracks podcast has made me more involved in conservation issues, and spurred me on to be a better advocate for wild things and wild places.

Bummer; but also inevitable. BMAC was relatable - Eric’s stuff is interesting most of the time. Casey’s hunts with his kids kinda took everything a bit too far once they started getting OIL tags and hunting private ranches.

Logan seems cool - Matty Ice’s stuff with his Dad is what I’ve stuck around for.

You can see the difference in the depth of the crown in these hats. There is two kinds of ball cap wearers. (We won’t include the Malibu’s Most Wanted style choices)
Most often, the deep-crowned flat brim hats cover the tops of the ears. Whereas, the shallow-crowned ultra bent John Deer-ridin’ hats DONT- and most those guys don’t like the flatbrimmerz.
