Helicopter Chasing Elk?

Saw this on Instagram and found it troubling. This seems to be an ongoing issue for some of the people involved.

If they're just private citizens and aren't involved in doing a state game count with that chopper, they should be turned in for wildlife harassment and the proof is in their own videos!

I agree. These animals don't need to waste any more energy, winter can be hard enough for them to survive.

Holy cow!!! That is so wrong what they are doing, harassment if I've ever seen it. The whole video is BS, trying to say that the coyote is chasing elk.
