Haul Rd Hunters Turo joins Uhaul

It is being reported that Turo has now prohibited the Haul rd. This after UHaul announced they will enforce their existing policy against Haul rd use. Choices are getting limited.

It is. But I am guessing Turo provides insurance which is likely how they are saying no. My insurance won't cover my truck if I rent it out. But Turo would.

I see A BUNCH of those trucks and vans on the haul road.
I wonder if the issue is damage or stink?
Either way, that will be a lot of lost revenue. It must have been a difficult decision.

I took a turo truck up there in 2024. I was just honest with the guy renting the truck. Told him where I was going. He said if I blew a tire or broke the windshield I would have to pay to fix it and I was fine with that.
