Happy Halloween 2025!

Halloween took a hard left turn for us. Instead of handing out full size candy bars to goblins, witches, and kids' movie characters, we will be at the my son's high school football game. We win, we go to state. We lose, we get to hunt deer on opening day. Hoping for another magical run at state.

Notice the white round spots on the porch. A couple years ago the kid's and me got pumpkins and carved them the first week of October. It was a particularly warm October and by Halloween they were rotting, oozing goo, and smelly. Now we carve our pumpkins the week of Halloween. Might do it today will post pics when we do.20251027_085747.jpg20251027_085800.jpg

Man oh man, Halloween was the start of the Big 3 Holidays when I was growing up. Kinda went away for awhile, but it is making a comeback in our area. We will be out there somewhere with the Grandkids enjoying their Bitesize Snickers!!!! John
