Happy 4th of July BBQ'N

I rubbed down half a dozen racks yesterday. Unfortunately no smoker here, but I make do with some wood chip packets on the grill. They turn out pretty good.

Smoked wild turkey pot pie for lunch. Ribs still in the works.

Grilled some halibut last night and just going simple today. Roasting some reindeer sausages over a SMALL fire and retreating to the house and A/C for the tater salad and whatever else.
