Need a .22 mag minimum for that kind of rabbit. A .17 won’t have enough penetration.

Your telling me that you know ranchers that own property that boarders national forest yet they aren't allowed to step foot on the national forest?
Uh, no. They can access it all they want. They don't boast about it being their own private access. And they let people access it through their property.
