Not a Florida man this time , and the fish was not charged.
He survived the streets. He did not survive the break room.

Michael Debiase, 46, a detective with the Myrtle Beach Police Department, was arrested, charged with a felony, and fired from his job this week — after allegedly pulling his department-issued service weapon from its holster and pointing it at a fellow police officer.
The offense that triggered the incident: someone microwaved fish.
According to an arrest warrant filed June 2nd, Debiase removed his firearm while inside the department's briefing room and pointed it directly at his colleague. The department placed him on administrative leave immediately, launched an internal investigation through its Office of Professional Standards, and simultaneously referred the case to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division for a separate criminal probe.
Both investigations reached the same conclusion.
The Myrtle Beach Police Department announced it had "separated employment" from Debiase and confirmed the criminal charge: pointing and presenting a firearm at a person — a felony in South Carolina carrying a penalty of up to five years in prison.
The department noted it was not specified in the arrest warrant whether the weapon was loaded at the time.
Debiase was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center on Tuesday morning and released several hours later. No bail was set. His next court date is August 14th.
The department issued a statement: "This incident does not reflect the values demonstrated by the men and women of the Myrtle Beach Police Department every day. However, it does demonstrate our commitment to accountability."
The microwaved fish has not been charged.
Was pulling a gun the wrong reaction — or do you understand the frustration of office fish in a confined space?
Nothing justifies pulling a weapon on a colleague. Nothing. Not even fish.
I'm not saying he was right. I'm just saying we've all been in that break room.

There was never a reason to be a Ted fan IMO. He seems to get crazier and more douchey by the second. Why anyone in the hunting space gives him a platform is beyond meIm not a Ted fan since he tethered a pig to a stake for his wife to shoot with a bow , while being filmed . Total douche .
