Chris Bee does a really informative and transparent video on how it works. If you don’t watch any hunting influencers I’d still watch that particular video. It’s interesting

Same here ... two packs a day in Vietnam. Then a few years later, I think my daughter's first words were "Daddy, quit smoking!" That did it.
