GPS Recommendation

Can you guys recommend a new GPS? I want something fairly cheap but with the ability to display maps. I have Topo USA mapping software. I saw the Garmin Rino 110 in Target which was a GPS and 2-way radio that seemed pretty nice for $140.

Suggestions please.

I've used trimbles, garmins, and the military Rockwell PLGR for work.

For the money, I'd highly recommend the Garmins, they are user friendly and since the SV has been turned off, also really accurate. I liked the Garmin enough to purchase one for personal use.
