Good article on ESA delisting process

Somehow stumbled on this article from the Billings Gazette and was surprised I hadn't seen it here yet.

Just think of how much more good would be accomplished if the $$ spent on fighting legal battles and spent on lobbying were spent on actual conservation projects!
