So a company that runs many states license systems buys a company that among its services is draw applications, odds, etc. Ugh that’s a bit odd

Been debating on dropping it anyway since they came out with a premium membership that costs more and won’t quit with the pop ups about it

Hey good for the founders and early employees who (presumably) had equity. However, I’m somewhat surprised, because Lorenzo definitely didn’t need the cash. But can’t say I’d have done differently if I were him, easy to judge scenarios like this.

All that said, this is hardly ever good for the consumer.
