I know time is running out but I thought I would start a thread of Gift Ideas for the Sportsmen on Hunt Talk.
I was shown this Video Camera/Eyeglasses today and they are Killer. They come with 2 different Lenses and a carring case with a charger. And they are Inexpensive, would also be a great gift for Honeymoons. So lets see what everyone has their eye on. John;)

A typical hunting scenario in the future: You spot a deer with your combination bino/rangefinder/rackulator scoring laser...pick up your rifle with a magazine full of heat seeking delrin/electronic tipped bullets, hit the program laser range ballistic adjustment on your scope tube, refer to the stock mounted kindle screen to verify ballistics, and try to remember to hit the video function on your sunglasses.;)

I bought a pair of those that were voice activated. Made in China. The only problem is I dont speak Chinese so I couldnt get them to work:)

I've got the Hero and love it! Now they have the Hero2 and I am probably going to have to buy that one too! LOL! $$$$ WELL SPENT!

We're on the GoPro band wagon as well, wife got one for my sons, they want it for snow boarding & motocross, as well as hunting - we'll see how the whole sharing a gift thing goes. As for me, anything with a trigger will work just fine.:D

I have a gopro and really like it, but these glass are pretty cool too. Too bad they are not HD. Gopro also has competition now as well from these guys. This other camera come with a remote and built-in LCD , which gopro charges extra for and the remote is not available until next year.
