Tore out my old foot bridge today. Cut a couple trees with potential to fill the need. Dragged those out of the forest and to the bridge site. Cut them both to near length, then long ways down the middle. Put the boom on the tractor and dragged one around the long way so I could reach further and set it. It was a little short and had to move both abutments in a little. Got two halves set in so at least it can be crossed now with out muddling through the ditch.

Then spent most of the evening cutting up the old bridge and burning it to get all the screws and nails back. I'll go through the ashes with a magnet tomorrow or the next day.
