Fun Weekend

I got out this past weekend here in AZ with a buddy from work, his son, and my son Ryan to chase deer and pigs. We never did see any pigs, but we had a great time and I got to fling an arrow at a buck Friday afternoon. Had a clean miss...

Here are some pictures from the weekend... The best part of the weekend was Saturday afternoon when my son started showing his hunting desire. He kept up with me while we were bird dogging some deer and wanted oh so bad for me to go shoot the buck. After being with me the day before when we glassed up some deer, and then I snuck right in and got a shot, I think he thought that always happened when deer hunting...

We had a great time and will hopefully make it out again before the season is over.

Funny you should say that. My schedule has opened up for this weekend to hopefully get out again and I was mentioning to my wife we need to get him some new hunting pants to replace the ones he outgrew before this weekend!

I was just kidding around about his pants.My poor mom raised 3 boys she used to buy those iron on patches for our knees by the dozen.Hope you guys have a good time together this weekend.

My Son is now 44 and I am 69 and we are still hunting together. Some seed just keep on sprouting.
