Fun google earth tool-FYI

It’s not very accurate, it seems. I tried it on the nose of a bare knife-edge ridge and it tells me I can’t see the valley on either side. It shows hillsides miles away, and little patches of green here and there. Now I have to hike all the way up there and check it out.

It told me the pin was on on the ground and had to adjust. Still might be useful. Mainly throwing a comment down to be able to come back to this if I ever manage to pull off a hunt.

I can’t get it to work. Seriously though...like most things GE, it’s just a good tool/starting point.
