Friday Tunes - They're dead, Jim.

It's mind blowing to me that Bowie was able to make this album while he was terminal and on his death bed. Then he pulled zero punches about looking death straight in the eye and writing about it.

If i remember right there was no public knowledge of his health until Blackstar released. He died two days after the album came out.

Died 2 days ago, RIP Randy. Without you, Eagles would have merely been vultures.

Rare lineup for Poco, circa 1989. Meisner back from the Eagles on bass, George Grantham on drums, Jim Messina back from Loggins/Messina on lead guitar, Poco stalwart Rusty Young (RIP) on lead vocals and guitar instead of pedal steel.
