Good thing we have Sports talk guys Sherlock and Clouseau on the job.Sports talk guys this morning saying it felt like in the 2nd half, Shanahan went away from CMC to have Purdy throw for the win. Plus SF's decision to receive the ball first in OT also wasn't the best decision.
There is so very very much humor in this. . . .Good thing we have Sports talk guys Sherlock and Clouseau on the job.
I’ll have to Google Cardi B. Not 100% who she is.
blue collar QB about 180 degrees from Taylors boyfriend and cry baby, it's always about me, Mahomes.
Some of us got stuck watching both.Better than RFJ Jr ads I have to believe
It might be "whores" instead of "hoes" I can't quite make it out.
Exactly he does the right thing takes the blame regardless of whose at fault. You don't know who was fault it was anymore than I do.At least he acknowledge he miss 2 open TD passes and did exactly what the scouts said he does against secondary pressure and did not sufficiently adapt.
They also had some absolutely amazing weapons. And lots of seasons under their belt. And those 2 with franchise records surpassed have rings - which he doesn’t.
Listening to these guys talk football is like hearing Joe Rogan talk about public land hunting...You guys are goofy
Dammit man!
Okay, my 2 cents...the read was there. Pressure coming in from the right means you have a hot read and throw to the pressure. MOST experienced QB's make that throw. I like Purdy and his humble roots/underdog story as much as the next guy. Doesn't mean I can't armchair quarterback...Why the hell else do I watch the games.Exactly he does the right thing takes the blame regardless of whose at fault. Game managers before it was cool.
You are arguing an opinion as fact.

I totally agree with them, it was only obvious to anyone that wasn't reading a book, making dinner, or sleeping through the game. WOW!Other peoples' viewpoints aren't always bad. Free your mind.
Ok guys soI knew that last night's game was going to sting 49's fans really hard, so some of the testiness, I'll let it slide.
The first half the 49's were clearly taking it to the Chiefs. Yet, they did not get much to show for it. Some measure of that HAS to fall on the offense. Let's name their key skill players...Samual, Kittle, McCaffrey and Purdy. Does KC have a receiver as good as Samual? Does KC have a back as good as McCaffrey? Just to be kind, I give Kelce the edge over Kittle, they are both very good. So, why do they not have a larger lead, when their defense was giving the Chiefs fits. Some of that has to be laid at the feet of the qb.
When I watch Purdy, here is what I see. I see a poised player who is talent limited. He was not Mr. Irrelevant for no reason. The reason is he cannot make all of the throws an elite qb has to make. He can't throw a deep out. He more or less makes his living with shorter throws over the middle. He is accurate with those throws. He had an open receiver deep for TD's twice and missed both of them.
I fully expect that teams will adjust to him. Since he can't throw deep outs or really any deep ball, teams are going to concede that portion of the field to him and take away the short middle throws, as best they can.
It won't bother me if he gets paid. Hell, Carson Wentz got paid. If they do pay him, it will put them further away from a title rather than closer. If he wins a title, it will happen in the nest year or two, while still on his rookie contract.
If you only watched a few games I can see how you would get that opinion. But he happened to lead the league in completion percentage against pressure.Okay, my 2 cents...the read was there. I hope the sports talk guys you referenced don't get paid much.
This is silly if somebody uses facts to defend a guy you are a "lover". He has been good. They lost the Superbowl. Will he be good in the future? Let's find out.At $1MM he is the best value at qb, no doubt . On a non-price assessment of the young-ish qbs, I would take Mahomes, Allen, Burrow, Stroud and Herbert over Purdy in a heartbeat. Picking between Purdy, Lamar and Hurts would be a toss up. If you include all QBs Purdy is comfortably in the 8-14 range.
For the Purdy lovers, would you take any other QB even up? Or do really think he is #1 and just let down by a muffed punt?
