Football General Talk

Goes to show he ain't the missing piece. And don't blame penalties. mtmuley
You are right you can’t blame penalties, the boys only had 4 penalties for 25 yards while the bears had 6 penalties for 41 yards and they still beat them like a red headed step child.

Actually upon further inspection the only thing the bears had more of were points! 😂

A great game last night. The Lions brought the muscle. A good argument could be made that the best coaching is in the NFC Central. Even the Bears are waking up.

It would be an interesting experiment, if we could swap Dallas and Detroit coaches for a few games.

Yeah, the Lions came with the fight of a pit bull.

I miss that part of the NFL. I like the aggressive, in your face, play every down, no give in, grunt till your body aches, football.

Just turned on the game and watch some mighty fine Sam Darnold passes. I hope he does well tonight. And I enjoy watching him.

I strongly feel that if Sam was drafted by a good organization, he would be one of the top qbs in the league right now. Proof from his great year last year with a good team
I don’t think Darnold is a flop but I think there are a lot of highly drafted players who flopped that ask themselves “what if?”
