Oh heck they do not need a boat to do that.
I see many a man drinking from shore. Just wished they would take their containers to the trash when they are done.
(Not a shot I have had a few while I have been fishing,just hate seeing the beer cans and bottles all along the riverbank)

Drinking beer on the lake/river, can't say that I've ever done that..... Whatever!!!!!
