We unexpectedly drove past FHF last week and I got giddy - wife asked what it was: “they make my bino harnesses and they’re awesome’ - apparently not the selling point I thought it might be, as we didn’t get to stop.

Anytime Meateater makes a move I get all excited “ooh I know him, I know him!” ... from the early days on travel channel. Seem like very good people who have worked hard for what they have. I know to tolerate the PNW culture for any amount of time a person deserves some kind of kudos....this place is the worst.

I have a two FHF bins harnesses, both several years old. Recently I broke the male end to the clip that attaches directly to the binoculars. I couldn't find a replacement on the website, so contacted them through an email. I was told they don't have these on the website, but could probably find one in the warehouse. This was last week and I had heard nothing further...until today. The part showed up in my mailbox with no charges and they also picked up shipping. FHF will continue to have my business for life.
