Father’s Day Tunes

Harley, I hope this internet connection will hold long enough to post this

I remember my father singing

Dont set under the apple Tree with anyone else but me, the andrew girls

Coming in on a wing and prayer and the while cliffs of dover but dont remember who sang them ( becides my father (-: )

but the one I heard my mother and father sing the most was "Just a closer walk with thee".

We sang that song when we were milking, haying, feeding, hunting, fishing, etc. Yesterday I was telling someone about hand milking in the 40's and how we would squirt the barn cats sometimes and let them lick their whiskers . simpler times or at least it seemed so at the time

I also wanted to take this internet connection opportunity to wish each and every one of you gentlemen a

Happy Fathers Day
