How I imagine the commissioning of this....piece?

I want you draw a woman in a bikini lying face down. But instead of a normal woman, I want you to draw this one REAL long in the arm and torso department. AND THEN, I want you to take her shoulders and rotate them 90 degrees towards the sky in a totally unnatural and painful looking pose. It's gonna be awesome.
