Derp. I knew that it was a short one and realize I didn’t start peeping at the quotas until about two weeks ago. Didn’t put the two and two together. Work brain, work!

Correct. Even if they check it today what you said could happen. FWP hasn’t always updated the quota immediately especially over weekends.

Certainly, they know how to pose an animal for a flattering photo. To me the photo is doing its best to conceal legality/illegality of the ram.

That outfitter must be more confident than I was. I can’t imagine him letting someone pull the trigger if he wasn’t certain it was legal. He definitely doesn’t look legal though.
