Elk Drawing Results. All help appreciated! TIA

Hi guys!

This is a great site you’ve got here. I’m a long time lurker, don’t post a lot but I’m hoping someone can help me out. After the drawing results came out I am the lucky recipient of OTC general elk and deer tags and am excited to get a chance to shoot my first 350” bull and 200” buck.

Anyone willing to point me in the right direction will be much appreciated and will get an online shout out as well as a pack of gold star stickers in the mail.

Feel free to PM me coordinates if you don’t want to share your best spots on an open forum.

You guys rock! Thanks for all the great help I know is coming soon.

Ps. I’m probably gonna buy a RZR to get into the backcountry to make it #FORILLSView attachment 406258
This was every Montana hunting FB group post I saw yesterday. Well done Gerald. :ROFLMAO:

I know someone who started from scratch, did all of his own scouting, research and burned through lots and lots of boot leather to find a really good spot. that would be a great spot to share with you.

Yes. That would be amazing. If it’s a cool enough spot I might even film it for the ‘Gram and feature access points in the trailer.

Have you started ElkFit yet? Once you get off Norris Rd and head up Rock Creek you're gonna wish you'd started training yesterday. I can get you a coupon code for 15% off.
Also please make sure you flatten the bill of your cap if you're gonna go deep and steep. Is your crew lined up and ready? You'll need a couple spotters, packers and some bros to pass the time with between epic glassing sessions.
Shave the handle off of your toothbrush to save precious ounces.
Final thing - you can't go deep and weather the elements if your fit doesn't match. If you're not wearing the latest digital confusion pattern top and bottom the old monarchs will pick you off in a millisecond.

I’m one of the elite level pro-staffers for Lil Debbie. No CrossFit necessary to maintain the oval shape of this #DadBOD.

Besides, I gotta take my RZR to have a coffee cup holder large enough to accommodate my 42OZ travel mug. I require a lot of hydration to fuel this beast.

But I appreciate the suggestion for a cut down toothbrush. That’s main character level up intel there. It will save a ton of space in my pack. I can add another pack of Nutter Butters in its place.

Kinda disappointed @Frequently Banned Troll hasn’t chimed in yet with his suggestion for beverage of choice at the glassing spots.

Hop Zone Ultra is their new L-IPA which is a low carb IPA. You can pound Lil Debbies all day without feeling guilty with this new formulation. With it's cutting edge ultralight can you're able to carry more on your outdoor adventures. It's also been marked safe to consume while packing a firearm as long as it's suppressed and chambered one of the PRC calibers.

I fit 2 elk in the back of my Subaru. No dumb bells needed those that can do those that can’t teach.

A Seekins Precision in 6.5 PRC is high on my wish list of equipment to buy. Right up there with the RZR.

Hmmm. I can only get one this month. My mortgage, a RZR, or a Seekins 6.5PRC.

Don't stop trimming/shaving with the toothbrush.... You can drop almost a half pound quick and easy.

Go baby smooth all over the body.

Won’t the weight of a traditional straight razor cancel out the weight savings of manscaping. I live in Bozeman and am too hipster to let a safety razor glide across my body.

Plus, I finally have a kickass beard to compensate for my male pattern baldness… at least that’s what my wife says I doing when she mentions my beard…
