Why is tracer ammo and shotgun shells like this idiot had in his possession even allowed to be manufactured and sold? There is absolutely no reason for any of that kind of stuff to be made or sold to the public. I'm not one for excess regulation, but with the number of idiots out there that stuff should not even exist to be purchased in the first place!

Local paper today had a big write up about ammo (FMJ) starting so many fires this year. I don't blame the ammo as much as I do the brainless D-wad pulling the trigger.
