You know, I respect many of you, but as September is here, time for home fries and eggs with fresh salsa. Gravy is fine for the steak, but white cream gravy, please (with sausage is fine). A biscuit wouldn't kill either, but only if made from scratch. Another excellent delivery vehicle for sausage gravy.
