Any non digital scale will have an adjustment knob. Digital can be moved around the house till you find the weight you want. Different floors texture can give different weights. Choose the one that best fits your desired outcome.

I’ve had a venison roast wet brining in the fridge since last Friday. Will become corned venison over the weekend to be used in some breakfast hash and reuben sandwiches afterwards.
