What's most aggravating is that dandelion is this easiest weed there is to control with any 2,4-d product. In KY, the biggest problem weed your neighbors give you is bermudagrass

I was driving through my suburban neighborhood yesterday and I watch a Canada goose eating dandelion heads. Bit them right off without a seed getting away. Not sure if you can get them at Home Depot, but a dozen geese should clear up your dandelion problem in 30-40 years. And you can sit on the couch the whole time.

Not sure if you can get them at Home Depot, but a dozen geese should clear up your dandelion problem in 30-40 years. And you can sit on the couch the whole time.

And you could take one or two out per year to put in the freezer.

My neighbors are free to spray my yard anytime they want to. I mow weekly and that’s all I intend to do for a yard. I’ve got better things going on than worrying about grass,

Grass was getting tall in ours so we put the horse in the front yard today. Later this summer the goats will get a run at it.

I’d rather have a yard full of dandelions than a yard full of goose poop

I hate taking care of a yard. I planted almost my entire property in native wildflowers. I get a satisfaction walking through them that I wouldn’t get walking across the nicest lawn. A badger moved in last year and makes a nice neighbor. Mowing my actual lawn takes about 10-15 minutes per week.
