The beauty of multiple use is we are all invited to the party. The downfall is we all hate the government for letting anyone else into our party.

Therein lies the issue. Who defines appropriate? A guy riding a dirt bike has a whole different definition than you, right? Kinda like divvying up tax dollars, everyone wants their slice to be the largest 'cuz they are right....
