Thanks for the pictures MT.I've never seen them before that young.Are twins common?How did the winter kill end up?
 
NICE!! I was out the last two days have haven't seen any that have dropped. But, was seeing a few does by themselves, so I'm guessing it won't be too long.

One of the most graceful and beautiful animals in existance.

These two scared the crap out of me yesterday during a browse survey....of course I had just about walked into a porcupine a couple minutes earlier and was a little jumpy anyway.:eek:

Twins are quite common.

Winter??? Not sure yet. I found more than usual this spring, but until FWP gets a plane in the air I don't feel confident stating there was a large winter kill in this area.

Locally we had many pronghorn pushed out of the north county and into the Milk River Basin. Unfortunately there are many that have not migrated back north due some obstacles ie. Highway 2, railroad and woven wire fences.
