This is with Ryan Semerad, the attorney defending the four Missouri hunters. He called me last month and suggested we do a podcast with an update. I jumped at the chance.
Today is the deadline for filing briefs in the USSC request filed by Iron Bar Holdings, LLC. That’s why we scheduled the podcast for release today.
Ryan had no need or reasons to communicate with me for the couple years he’s been leading this case, but he has. I appreciate that. I am impressed with his intelligence and his passion.
It will be interesting see if the USSC agrees to hear the case. The clock is now ticking.
