Coon Recipes?

Anyone know any coon recipes? lol

Ain't never baked or cooked any raccoons myself but have had relatives to cook them. Not sure how they prepared them but they baked them in an oven with apples. My husband said one time his Mother (God Rest Her Soul) baked a raccoon one time and ran them all out of the house with the smell...lol Needless to say, they didn't eat it either so she took it to some neighbors and they ate every last bit of it.

They knew it was a baked raccoon and they seemed to have enjoyed the eats much. Being poor and not having much on their table at meal times, these folks never turned down food.
