Have to try that. Kabobs are staple here for us as well in the summer from the garden. Usually of the mallard variety. In the same flavor vein, we rock his Kefta Kabobs every other week or so in the summer when the tomatoes are ripe.
It's one of the few recipes in Buck Buck Moose that isn't on his webpage or I'd post a link. I'll take a photo today and post it.Have to try that. Kabobs are staple here for us as well in the summer from the garden. Usually of the mallard variety.

I might try this. Leave out a couple optional things and use deer meat. Sounds like a belly filler.I've been making this Middle Eastern Rice fairly often lately and I really like it. I will usually sub out the ground turkey for either shredded chicken thighs or ground venison because ground turkey is so bland, but honestly it's still pretty good in this particular recipe.
I love that app. Can pull and save recipes from just about anywhere. It can grab a recipe from just about any app or webpage. It can often even pull a recipe from one of those TikTok or Instagram recipe videos that don’t actually provide a written instructions. We eat a fair amount of stuff off of Pinterest. I absolutely hate it due to articles/pop ups and everything else. I found a ap called ReciMe it’s 10/10 I may even subscribe to it turns unreadable pop ups into this and you can save the recipe. Also the link from Pinterest if you wanna compare https://pin.it/1Tz220KGs

Also Chat is great when you have some ingredients and don't know what to make with them.Thought i'd share this. I employed chatgpt to create a 7 day dinnertime meal plan with my parameters for healthy eating. This is the first time i've ever prompted this and what I received.
Absolutely—here’s a 7-day weeknight dinner plan built around your wild game freezer stash, mixed with chicken, fish, and pork, and rotating through global flavors. Everything is whole-food focused, low sugar, unprocessed, and weeknight-realistic.
I’ll assume common wild game (elk, venison, antelope, moose) and note flexible swaps where it matters.
