I might try this. Leave out a couple optional things and use deer meat. Sounds like a belly filler.I've been making this Middle Eastern Rice fairly often lately and I really like it. I will usually sub out the ground turkey for either shredded chicken thighs or ground venison because ground turkey is so bland, but honestly it's still pretty good in this particular recipe.
