Got a deer tag in 41,42. Worked out well, I'll be on rotation for dental school in Grand Junction. Used to hunt these units years ago, hopefully i can find some this year.

A friend of mine drew area 101/102 (archery late).. is that worth a crap?

Could be really good if he's got access to private property. I'm not familiar with the area specifically, but there's typically not much public land out east. The deer should be really rutting near the end of the middle segment of that hunt. Hopefully he can hunt at that time.
