Can a non-resident alien borrow a firearm

Hello All,

Hoping someone might be able to answer whether or not as a non-resident alien who holds a hunter education and a firearm license from the UK, if I would be able to borrow a firearm off a WY resident for a hunt and that resident wouldn't be with them for the duration of their hunt? I believe this is okay in Montana but unsure about WY.
