butchers near Pinedale,Wy

Are there any butchers close to Pinedale?I'll be antelope hunting ahead of me and my sons elk hunt and if things go well,we will need someone to process our antelope while we elk hunt.I think Rawlings isn't to far either.If anyone knows of a butcher in the general area could you give me the name/number.We should draw antelope tags for basically the center of wy(units 68 and 63).Then we'd be elk hunting over by Big Sandy unit 98

Hog Island Meats is probably your best bet for Pinedale, they usually have a mobile locker there. It's quite a ways north of big Sandy though, I'd consider dropping on the way in Rock Springs or Lander depending on which way you're coming.
