As a kid in elementary school back in the 70’s , i thought The Beach Boys had the coolest sound I’d ever heard , my dad had the “Little Duce Coup” album, don’t remember how many times I played that as a kid, one of my favorites off that album

Growing up in the 70,s all my friends loved The Beach Boys , went to every concert they could . Me , not so much .
It was ok music, just not my thing .

Listened to it a lot growing up. Got to see them perform on the NASCAR cruise we went on years ago.

I heard Surfing USA all over when I was young.
Found a board and some old bikes. Built a trailer and hauled it and taught myself. Pasadena to Seal beach or Huntington beach and back. I surfed until 2009.
Sailed solo to the Channel Islands with Sloop John B playing many times.
