Billings game processors

Having moved to Billings earlier this year, I am looking for a good game processor. Just need the trim ground and I might be interested in sausage. I had some jerky made at 4th Ave meats with the trim from my archery buck in Sept and it is decent, but I am wondering about other processors. I like it in vacuum sealed packaging. Any recommendations from the Billings Hunt Talkers?

My wife and I took our antelope to Project Meats...They did an ok job but I wasn't entirely satisfied. I have had personal recommendations for 4th Ave Meats, so I will try them next.

They don't vacuum package but meat and poultry palace does a great job on sausage, pepper sticks, etc.

Thanks for the suggestions. Hopefully I will have some more meat courtesy of a willing mule deer doe in the next week or two to add to the trim bag.
