There was a little turn of bad luck that came along with the lion catch though, as several of my hounds got chewed on before the lion treed. My old Ryan dog had been hooked from the nose to above his ears where that lion had swatted him, Kody had been hooked on his left shoulder and Choco was bitten down low on his left front leg. The vet didn't think his leg was broken but the soft tissue had had a little damage and was swollen up. We cleaned out his wounds and gave him some antibiotics..hope he's OK?
