Best place for Javelina

I'm no expert on the javelina but I would say New Mexico or Arizona. There are quite a few guys here on the board from down there. Keep asking and they will tell you.

In Texas there is a two javelina per year limit with no tags needed to be drawn. You also get an out of state liscense over the counter for $35. I know a place where you can hunt them with 2 nights housing for $180 hunt/traspass fee and lodging. Plus there are other animals you can get for the same price there.

Awesome, when is the season down there. I would love to go after a Javelina and that sounds like it is in the right price range.

The season in Texas for javelina is year round. The season in Texas for exotics is year round, but some are hard antlered at certain times and some are not, and some break there antlers when fighting. Moosie went to the place with javelina in Texas and he's in Idaho. He might be planning another trip there. Ask him or e-mail me.
