A man who was lawfully carrying a firearm, never brandishing or unholstering it, was protesting and exercising his First Amendment rights. While intervening to protect a woman from being maced in the face, he was beaten and maced by five agents, forcibly disarmed, and then shot in the back. After he fell motionless to the ground, he was shot an additional four to five times. What does not complying or resisting to LEO have to do with 2nd Amendment rights?
So following the logic in here for folks to stay home, shut up, don’t make trouble for yourself, comply, don’t carry a firearm, etc etc see how that’s gonna lead to rights becoming meaningless and eroding?
