I read an article recently, where a dude made an Instagram page with a hot girl on it. The content was all AI generated and he had like 1M followers. I can only imagine the kind of content to come.Saw this in the gazette. My first thought it "Tip of the iceberg"

I know there are a lot of complaints about "influencers" in this business. If one could create a 18min hunting video from nothing does that change the business model for some of them?

I believe we aren't too far from 100 of the top 100 songs at any given moment being created by something other than human brains.
I can't wrap my head around this. Everything I have seen so far from other models is just a few seconds long and you can clearly see it's computer generated with lots of imperfections. All the examples of SORA I've seen so far look so clean. It's crazy how fast TTV generation improved, and how it looks flawless given how scuffed DALL-E initially was.
While ChatGPT can be helpful for generating ideas and providing information, it may not always be the best option for writing texts, especially for important academic or professional tasks. Essay writing services like speedypaper offer several advantages over ChatGPT.

And that is when you know it is AI and are looking for the imperfections. Think of people looking at something casually! You can see why Hollywood went on strike. The world is changing faster. I just wonder if it is too fast.

Someone will do it. I didn’t bring up the Hollywood point to show pity. But think about how it could be used to replace or deceive. Does an outfitter need to have images of animals clients took or can they just be generated by AI? Do you need a FS film permit to make a hunting video if the whole thing was AI made? I would like to think it wouldn’t change actual hunting pressure because the real activity is the enjoyment, but it gets hard not to fall down the rabbit hole. We are all influenced by what we see. AI is a good thing? No, not in the hands of sinful man. Remember splitting the atom was going to be good for humanity? Every time we come up with something inventive and life changing I start wondering how someone will use it for power and riches. But this one will top it all!

The potential ramifications of this, as with any new(ish) tech technology are mind boggling. And it is just so human that THIS technology will be most creatively used by criminals before most of us figure out how to do anything worthwhile with it…

I found this disturbing. While I know where the thoughts go of this crowd, I wonder if this stuff goes to the heart of celebrity and social influencing. In essence, a person is no longer a unique thing if a company can use AI to create the image of one for commercial purposes and give it IP rights.
