Last night in the chat Danr55 really helped clear up alot of my questions. But as is usually the case... I need just a bit more help. If I apply with a credit card, will it be charged for the full tag price and then refunded if I dont draw, or will they just charge the application fee up front and then ding you for the tag when the results are posted?

They only ding us for the app fee. Then if you draw they'll hit your card for the Tag.

Just don't lose or cancel your credit card before tags are drawn!!
