Anyone try an EZE drill?

I use 5ah m18 batteries, use 1 and spare in sled. Rarely do i ever need the spare

Following. I'm probably getting an adapter for my Mora manual auger. Just need to figure out the best drill to pair with it.

Like stated... get a good drill 18v or better. Get long lasting battery that stands up in cold weather. It all depends on how cold. How many holes and how deep is the ice. Don't skimp.

Milwaukee, duh. I may be biased though. I think any drill with a couple of 6 amp hour batteries and over 1250 lbs of torque will do. Milwaukee, Dewalt, Makita, all make good drills, but you probably already knew all of that lol

Was able to try it out on about 9" of ice. Using a Milwaukee drill and a 9 ah battery, I drilled 20ish holes and the battery is showing ¾ charge. Very impressed. I've only ever used a 6" hand auger, this 8" drill operated deal is paradise lol, definitely let's you do a lot more exploring. Only one trip, but so far its worth the $109 I spent on it
