I would like to see slightly higher interest rates.

Keep the dollar a bit stronger, get better CD and saving rates (Local credit union seems to adjust 6 month according to the FED rate), keep inflation a bit more under control.

Just wait until Powell gets replaced with the stooge they think will takeover. Rates will drop to 0

Right now, high interest rates would be in my best interest. High oil prices, too, for that matter. Powells biggest sin was leaving rates at next to nothing for way too long under Biden. He's been playing catch up ever since.

I might agree with that. But if that was his biggest sin, St Peter should have no problem opening the gates. It was a sin his predecessors set in place and I'm sure you benefitted from greatly. In his defense, he tried to normalize rates in late 2018 and the market freaked out and lost 20% and I all heard was "policy mistake, policy mistake!". I might quibble with some of the decisions, but I can't quibble with the results. I don't think he was at all political and regardless he alone is not responsible for the decision. There is a high chance you will see what happens when the Fed goes fully political.

Here's a chart going back to when O'bummer got elected. You've made all sorts of comments about how Obama, Yellen and Powell have been no good for you. What are we up in this chart, like 7 or 8x? If you can't make money on a chart like this, that's a massive shame and a YOU problem.
